Eagle Software has made a change to Aeries that may affect you if you co-teach a section. In Trimesters 1 and 2, Aeries allowed you to link gradebooks for your individual sections with your co-taught section. According to Aeries support, this was a “mistake” that they “corrected” in mid-February. What this means is that you can only link gradebook sections that are associated with the exact same teacher number, not your co-taught sections.
If you did link those sections in Tri 1 or Tri 2, Aeries will not allow you to link any Tri 3 sections. The work-around in that case is to un-link Tri 1 and Tri 2 co-taught sections; then you will be able to link your non-co-taught Tri 3 sections.
We understand that this is an inconvenience. I have put in a programming request to Aeries, and we are working to find other solutions for this problem for future terms.
