Why use technology? More than a paper pencil substitution and paper saver, technology has the power to transform and redefine the way our students learn. One of the best illustrations of this is the SAMR Model.
The SAMR model, made popular by Dr. Ruben Puentedura, was designed to help educators infuse technology into the classroom. As trainers, we start almost every session reviewing the SAMR model. There are many illustrations out there that we use, but this new one plucked from Twitter will be replacing whatever I currently have in my training decks.
